Transformation Tuesday: Drink More Water

Well in true PREGO- Brain Fashion I forgot to post the baby's sex here on the blog and only posted it on FB! I am so sorry to those (if any) who were waiting here with bated breath to find out. So without further delay.......

 

 

 Now, on for my original morning post for today : )

 

 

 Good Morning #transformationTuesday! I thought I would take a second today to talk about water! How is this a transformation story you might ask? Well a lot people who are in my challenge groups say that one of the biggest changes they've made in their nutrition and journey with health in general is drinking more water. A huge transformation for some who drink soda aka POP, coffee and juices all the time! A good rule of thumb is to take your body weight and divide it in half, and drink that many ounces of water per day.

So I like to drink my water without ice because I feel like it goes down smoother and faster and I can drink more of it in a day? How about you? Do you have a hard time getting it down? Try putting some fruit in it to make it flavorful!

Baby Bump: 20 Weeks!

   Well I can't believe it is halfway over already and tomorrow we find out the sex of this baby! I can't wait! I know this isn't the most attractive picture of me LOL but my friends and family were pestering me to get a baby bump picture up so I figured what a better day then on transformation Tuesday! Any other fir moms out there? How were your pregnancies? I am trying really hard to stick to the clean eating although sometimes those cravings get the best of me! Last night, I will admit that I was DYING for some chocolate but I had fruit instead. I think it was the right choice! Check back for the update on the baby's sex tomorrow!
