NEW Shakeology flavor announced and Triple Threat combo box!

Happy Tuesday Friends: 
 
I am so excited to announce the new flavor of Shakeology to be STRAWBERRY but I think I am more excited about the triple threat combo box of Chocolate, Vanilla and Strawberry packets, 8 of each! I mean does it get any better for someone who is indecisive? I don't think so! I should be receiving a sample of the strawberry any day now so as soon as I do, I will let you ll know what it tastes like. I have heard reviews from other coaches say it tastes like Strawberry Nesquik! So we shall see!

How is everyone doing on this first official week of the year? Are you sticking to your NY's resolutions and/or goals or maybe you are just now setting them? How can I help you achieve them? Probably my favorite part about being a Team Beachbody coach is being a part of others' successes! I love to check my email or hear from a challenger that they lost those first few pounds or a pair of old jeans fit or my absolute favorite is probably when someone notices their weight loss.
 
There is no better confirmation that you are moving in the right direction than when someone notices your transformation happening in real life! It really makes it all seem worth it. I know for me, being 6 months pregnant now, it is hard for me to see my challengers losing while I am gaining, although someone said to me just the other day that by looking at my face alone, they couldn't tell I was pregnant! So that's a good thing right? Unless they just thought I had a strange stomach growth LOL. T25 and P90x3 January Sales

Well I am still flabbergasted at how many people saw my last post on my Fit to be Fit Facebook page, 2,900!!!! 2,900!!! I wish I could bold it and make it huge! Transformation Tuesday: Drink More Water

Well in true PREGO- Brain Fashion I forgot to post the baby's sex here on the blog and only posted it on FB! I am so sorry to those (if any) who were waiting here with bated breath to find out. So without further delay.......
 
 
 Now, on for my original morning post for today : )
 
 
 Good Morning #transformationTuesday! I thought I would take a second today to talk about water! How is this a transformation story you might ask? Well a lot people who are in my challenge groups say that one of the biggest changes they've made in their nutrition and journey with health in general is drinking more water. A huge transformation for some who drink soda aka POP, coffee and juices all the time! A good rule of thumb is to take your body weight and divide it in half, and drink that many ounces of water per day.
So I like to drink my water without ice because I feel like it goes down smoother and faster and I can drink more of it in a day? How about you? Do you have a hard time getting it down? Try putting some fruit in it to make it flavorful!
