Transformation Tuesday: Drink More Water

Well in true PREGO- Brain Fashion I forgot to post the baby's sex here on the blog and only posted it on FB! I am so sorry to those (if any) who were waiting here with bated breath to find out. So without further delay.......

 Good Morning #transformationTuesday! I thought I would take a second today to talk about water! How is this a transformation story you might ask? Well a lot people who are in my challenge groups say that one of the biggest changes they've made in their nutrition and journey with health in general is drinking more water. A huge transformation for some who drink soda aka POP, coffee and juices all the time! A good rule of thumb is to take your body weight and divide it in half, and drink that many ounces of water per day.
So I like to drink my water without ice because I feel like it goes down smoother and faster and I can drink more of it in a day? How about you? Do you have a hard time getting it down? Try putting some fruit in it to make it flavorful!
