I thought I would take a second today to talk about water! How is this a
transformation story you might ask? Well a lot people who are in my
challenge groups say that one of the biggest changes they've made
in their nutrition and journey with health in general is drinking more
water. A huge transformation for some who drink soda aka POP, coffee and
juices all the time! A good rule of thumb is to take your body weight
and divide it in half, and drink that many ounces of water per day.
