
In the last installment of 'Tude Tuesday I will say this: this quote could not be more accurate. We really do have to learn a new way to THINK before we can BE the best we can BE. It sounds corny but it is so true! How can we expect to BE anything different than what we already are if we aren't shifting our mindset and the way we think. I know tonight when I was running at Jack Quinn's running club I was psyching myself out saying "I can't run anymore, I can't breath, my calves hurt...." But I just pushed those thoughts to the side and kept going just a little further. And when I really couldn't run anymore I walked fast, caught my breath and then started running again because my overall goal is to run the entire 5k by the end of the summer. I shifted my thinking and pushed the negativity aside and kept going! What is one thing you want to change in your life? What is it that you want to BE? Now, think about how you are going to change the way you think and what you are going to do to get there! I am happy to help and encourage you all the way!
